RSBY(Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana) is another national level project that required different corporations to come together and work in tandem to ensure its success. Arihant was clear with its role and objective and performed it to utmost satisfaction of all the parties that were involved in it. RSBY was launched in early 2008 and was initially designed to target only the Below Poverty Line (BPL) households, but has been expanded to cover other defined categories of unorganised workers. It is a cashless national health insurance welfare scheme introduced by the Government of India. Objective of RSBY:- RSBY has two fold objectives:

• To provide financial protection against catastrophic health costs.
• To improve access to quality health care for below poverty line households of pocket expenditure for hospitalization and other vulnerable groups in the unorganized sector

Details of the Scheme In this scheme, up to five members in a family are covered, and the enrolment for beneficiaries is done through biometric smart cards. Also, a robust backend data management system is being developed to track pan India transactions and provide detailed analytical report. The beneficiaries need to pay only Rs. 30/- as registration fee for a year while Central and State Government pays the premium as per their sharing ratio to the insurer selected by the State Government on the basis of a competitive bidding. Our Role:-

• We help companies in working with RSBY by their empanelment as QCI Accredited SCSPs (QCI Accreditation Criteria for RSBY Smart Card Service provider’s organization).
• We tie up QCI Company to TPA to allocate the work.
• We provide companies with vendor network (Fully Equipped with hardware) for complete execution of project at ground level.
• We also provide necessary hardware like Smart Card Printers & Scanners etc. to companies and vendors at affordable prices.
